This machine is a combination of four CO2 welding machines plus automatic feeding and automatic spot welding devices.
With PLC programming, display screen design, convenient, practical, fast, efficient and less manpower. Only workers are required to place materials, and other machines can automatically complete CO2 welding, which is convenient for the factory to recruit workers and put them into production.
2+2 combination, two welding guns weld the two ends of one nut, four welding guns weld the two ends of two nuts, automatic material conveying, automatic welding, automatic blanking, which is very convenient, fast, time-saving and labor-saving.
1 Preparation before startup
A: Check whether the electric wire of the machine is damaged Whether the air pipe leaks
B: Check whether the grounding wire of CO2 welding machine is in good contact. Check the welding gun and clean the welding nozzle to ensure that the wire feeding of the welding gun is normal during operation
C: Turn on the CO2 power supply, control the power supply, and press (enter the system) to start welding
2) commissioning before welding
A: Enter the main menu, click Manual Operation to conduct manual debugging. If the time parameters are not adjusted, the current parameters can be maintained
B: Manually adjust the air cylinder and step motor to see if they operate smoothly. Adjust and observe whether the position of each proximity switch and magnetic switch has shifted. If there is a shift, adjust it and lock it. Check the function of each limit switch on the touch screen (I/O monitoring)
C: When manually debugging the servo pipe feeding, be sure to check whether the welding gun returns to the original point, whether the pipe jacking cylinder and the pressing cylinder return to the original point, whether there are any work pieces or tools placed on the chain...... Otherwise, the welding gun and the mold may be damaged
D: After the manual debugging is normal, switch the manual/automatic switch to automatic. (For the first welding, use the semi-automatic mode for welding. After the welding is normal, switch to full automatic mode.) Turn on the welding gun switch. Put the workpiece on the mold, and press the start button to automatically feed and weld. (For semi-automatic, press once to start the servo feed once. When the welding station detects that there is a workpiece, it will automatically weld. If the workpiece is not sent in place once, press the start button again to repeat the action
E: After the welding workpiece is completed, remove the workpiece and check the welding spot of the welding workpiece. If there is any deviation, fine tune the adjusting nut of the welding gun to meet the welding requirements
F: After the workpiece is debugged and welded, it will be switched to full automatic mode. After starting, it will be automatically sent to and automatically welded. If there is no workpiece in the work station, then the workpiece in the welding position will not be detected and the welding machine will not be automatically started
G: In case of any abnormality during welding, please immediately press the emergency stop button to stop welding. After troubleshooting, restart welding
